FAQ's
How long does order processing take? Standard processing time is 5–7 working days.
What file formats do you need for the design? For embroidery, we prefer vector formats (.ai, .eps, .svg) or high-quality rasters (.png, .jpg) with a resolution of at least 300 DPI. For DTF printing, vector files or high-resolution rasters are ideal. If you don't have suitable templates, our graphic designer will help you adapt or create a new design.
Can you work with my own textiles? Yes, we can work with your own textiles. However, we recommend a consultation first to see if the material is suitable for the chosen type of processing. For customer-provided textiles, we take no responsibility for any damage during production. We are also happy to offer you high-quality textiles from our own range.
Do you offer samples before production? Yes, for larger orders (over 100 pieces), we can produce a physical sample for a special fee, which will be deducted from the total amount upon order confirmation. For smaller orders, we send a digital preview for approval before production begins.
How does payment and shipping work? We accept payment via bank transfer, cash on personal collection, or card. For first-time orders, we require a 50% deposit. Shipping is available throughout Germany and Austria via reliable carriers. Personal collection is possible at our workshop by appointment.
